Our Efforts to Ensure a Healthy Stay

The Fontaine Hotel team sincerely appreciates your business. The health and wellbeing of our guests and team are of paramount importance to us. To that end, we have made adjustments to the housekeeping service we currently provide.

Daily Housekeeping Service
Daily service will be suspended for guests staying between two and five nights. For your convenience, we have provided an extra set of bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels and bath amenities in your room. Should you require replacement of the above items, please contact us by:

For our guests staying longer than five nights, an extra set of towels and amenities has been placed in your room and a cleaning service will be offered after the fifth night. Should you require any additional items/service, please contact us using any of the methods noted above and we will be delighted to assist.

Check Out Rooms
We take hygiene and cleanliness very seriously. As such, after guests have departed, rooms will undergo a more rigorous cleaning as outlined in the guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), The World Health Organization (WHO) and local health departments on appropriate hygiene standards.

We recognize that the COVID-19 virus has required all of us to be more thoughtful as we go through our daily activities. Our team members are expected to follow the CDC recommendations for everyday preventive actions to help prevent the spread of respiratory diseases and we encourage you to do the same. These recommendations include:

To enhance your stay at The Fontaine Hotel, we have removed all the items from your mini-bar in order to provide space for your personal use. Please visit the front desk located on the Lobby level for a great selection of snacks and beverages so you can customize your in-room experience.
