What time is check-in and check-out at The Fontaine Hotel?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee and is subject to availability.
Does The Fontaine Hotel offer free Wi-Fi?
Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel for all guests, as part of our Urban Destination Fee.
Does The Fontaine have parking?
Yes. We offer valet parking for $35 per night with unlimited in-and-out privileges.
Guests are welcome to self-park for $28 per night with unlimited in-and-out privileges.
Day / Event parking is available for $18.
What’s included in the Urban Destination Fee?
The Destination Fee at The Fontaine includes thoughtful amenities to enhance your stay: enjoy two refreshing bottles of Evian water, local area transportation in our hotel Tesla, high-speed WiFi, a weekday one-hour lobby reception, and 10% off food and beverage throughout the hotel.
Is The Fontaine a pet-friendly hotel in Kansas City?
The Fontaine loves fur-babies and there is a $75 pet fee per stay.
Is breakfast included at The Fontaine Hotel?
While breakfast is not included in standard room rates, guests can enjoy à la carte small grab-and-go bites and coffee at our Solarium Café located off our lobby, or full service dining upstairs at our signature restaurant, Nine Zero One. Stay offers and packages including breakfast are available.

Does The Fontaine Hotel have a rooftop pool?
Offering one of the best views within Kansas City, our rooftop pool is open daily for hotel guests from 10:00AM – 10:00PM. Cocktail service and dining is available, as are Cabana rentals. Weekday pool passes are available to purchase via ResortPass.
Does The Fontaine have a gym or fitness center?
Yes. Our 24-hour fitness center includes treadmills, ellipticals, weights, and strength-training equipment.
Is there a spa at The Fontaine Hotel?
We do not have a full-service spa on-site, but our knowledgeable staff are happy to recommend local wellness providers nearby, including preferred partners.
What restaurants are located inside The Fontaine Hotel?
- Nine Zero One: Our rooftop restaurant and bar offers upscale American cuisine, seasonal cocktails, and skyline views. Open daily for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.

Can I dine at Nine Zero One without being a hotel guest?
Yes, Nine Zero One is open to both hotel guests and the public. We recommend making reservations in advance via Tock.
Does The Fontaine offer room service?
Yes. In-room dining is available during select hours. Menus are available in all guest rooms.
Is there a bar at The Fontaine Hotel?
We invite guests and locals to enjoy handcrafted cocktails at the stylish rooftop bar inside of Nine Zero One.
What is the Solarium Café at The Fontaine?
The Solarium Café is our light-filled breakfast and coffee lounge, popular with guests and locals alike. Open daily from 7:00AM – 11:00AM

What is the deposit or incidental hold policy?
A valid photo ID and credit card are required at check-in. A $50/night hold will be placed for incidentals and released upon checkout.

We are approximately 25–30 minutes by car from MCI Airport. Rideshare services and private car service options are available. We offer complimentary shuttle service for our guests traveling within the immediate Country Club Plaza neighborhood.
